Our managing director, Otto Henfling, is an experienced business leader and manager with almost 20 years of experience in the not-for-profit (NFP) sector, mainly at the CEO level. He has extensive experience in the disability, early childhood, and community services sectors, delivering services to communities in metro and regional locations.
Otto also has extensive NFP board experience, having sat on NFP boards since the end of 2006. During this time, he has chaired several boards and committees. He is a fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders (FIML) and the Governance Institute of Australia (FGIA), as well as a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
In addition to his vast experience, Otto has a Graduate Certificate in Business and an MBA (with distinction) from Western Sydney University. He is completing his PhD researching NFP leadership and trust through the University of New England.
Otto holds membership in several Australian and international professional bodies and is the deputy chair (Research) of the Leadership Development Member Community (LDMC) of the International Leadership Association (ILA).
